About HFS Chicago Scholars
HFS Chicago Scholars, founded in 1993 here in Chicago, holds steadfast to its founding principle: given active support and educational opportunities, economically disadvantaged Chicago inner-city students can use the power of their minds and hard work to achieve success. Due to our financial, academic and mentoring assistance, we walk hand-in-hand with each Scholar as they transform their aspirations into reality. In return, our Scholars promise to work hard to achieve their potential. Each time a child triumphs and succeeds, the HFS family shares and rejoices in this success. We grow, change, and prosper as one family.
