There’s a proliferation of tools that all claim to make candidate sourcing easier. Some of these have been around for years; others are relatively new. At the Chicago STAR (Society of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment) Staffing Symposium held earlier this month, TalentRISE hosted a luncheon discussion on a dozen or so of the most popular and effective sourcing tools.
