Kelly Reed is a seasoned recruiter who employs her many years of experience to provide real and measurable results to recruiting projects throughout the organization.

Kelly has a background in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) as a Talent Advisor, managing high volume, highly specialized hiring and onboarding.   From her previous role managing a locally-owned staffing office in Nashville, Tennessee, Kelly brings with her expertise in recruiting for a wide range of industries and roles including highly technical positions within the airline industry, IT, financial services, marketing, high-volume customer care roles, business development and more.

Kelly is in her element when she can jump into a project with both feet, and thrives best in an environment where she is given the chance to make a real impact for the client.
