Gayle will co-lead the firm’s talent acquisition consulting practice and focus her efforts on helping companies conduct current state recruitment optimization and talent risk organizational assessments to identify and address process, technology and strategy gaps. Her new role will also entail building the delivery team and further establishing the firm’s talent acquisition consulting practice.
