Allicia Hahn

Allicia is a firm Partner with responsibility for developing and managing client relationships across a broad range of industries in the delivery of retained search, FlexRPO recruitment and talent acquisition consulting engagements. She also heads up Client Service Operational Support, entailing recruiter resourcing and productivity tools.

An authentic relationship builder with strong process orientation, rigorous attention to detail and a unique ability to assess competency, potential, motivation and cultural fit, Allicia brings more than 20 years of experience from Fortune 500 corporate and global search firms in full-lifecycle, senior-level recruitment and talent management.

Prior to joining TalentRISE, she was an Executive Vice President with the Jobplex division of DHR International, a Top 10 global search firm. Her background also includes serving as Vice President of Talent Management and Recruiting at HUB International, a leading commercial insurance brokerage. In this role she was responsible for the development and implementation of recruiting, performance and succession management strategies and systems with a heavy focus on attracting and retaining sales professionals.

Before that, Allicia spent ten years with PepsiAmericas. During her tenure there, her roles included talent acquisition operations, management recruiting, performance management and succession planning. She was responsible for the establishment of the company’s first centralized talent acquisition team, and personally supported senior leaders up to the c-level in talent and succession strategies. As a trusted advisor and business partner to senior management, Allicia was recognized with multiple awards for excellence during her career at PepsiAmericas.

Earlier career roles include Snelling Personnel Services, a temporary staffing company, where she held roles in business development, recruiting and operations management, and IT recruiting for Data Processing Resource Corporation during the height of the Y2K hiring boom.

Allicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin—Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
