Judy Walcott

Judy Walcott is a results-oriented, customer-focused senior project leader with more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. She specializes in conceiving service delivery models and their effective implementation for a variety of HR and talent acquisition needs, providing consultative solutions from workforce planning to employee onboarding.
Prior to joining TalentRISE, Walcott established and led for 10 years the operations center for the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division of WorldBridge Partners/WorldConcert. While there, she was involved in all aspects of the sales and delivery cycle from initial selling process to implementation to account management. While there, she architected and led all client implementations and expansions, managed multiple large-scale RPO projects in North and South America, and hired and managed the firm’s recruitment teams and research centers globally.
Previously, at Management Recruiters International from 1996-2006, Judy served in multiple leadership roles spanning operational P&L responsibility, client and business development, account management, and strategic vendor relationships. Prior to that, she served as a Retail Sales Supervisor and Account Executive with BP America.
Walcott received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University with a major in Business Management and minor in Political Science.
