Suzie Mitchell

A large-scale recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) operations leader, Suzie Mitchell is Senior Director of Client Delivery, with accountability for managing TalentRISE’s FlexRPO service delivery and key large-scale RPO clients.
Suzie brings nearly a decade of high-volume global recruitment process outsourcing operational and project management, enterprise solution delivery and client relationship development experience and expertise to her role.
Prior to joining TalentRISE, Mitchell led and managed large-scale RPO projects and client relationships at leading global recruitment outsourcing providers Cielo and PeopleScout for nine years. From August 2015 until May 2017, she served as Director, Client Services at Cielo, where she was accountable for two high-volume RPO accounts representing more than 10,000 hires annually.
Previously, Mitchell served as Director, Account Operations at PeopleScout, with responsibility for three strategic global RPO relationships and the delivery of an end-to-end, full-lifecycle delivery model with overall focus on quality, consistency, value and cost. While in that role, Suzie was awarded the PeopleScout Strategic Award for Growth, recognizing her achievements in expanding existing client relationships. Earlier at PeopleScout, Mitchell served as Recruitment Manager and was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager.
Mitchell earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI.
