A Chicago executive search and recruiting firm has recruited a 20-year Nashville industry veteran as a partner.
Jason Krumwiede has joined TalentRISE after more than a decade with the local office of global firm Aon Hewitt’s Talent and Recruitment Process Outsourcing business. There, he was leader of the operational and business development team and consulted with companies on their hiring and compensation processes and systems.
“Our clients are constantly seeking more innovative and cost-effective ways to meet their enterprise talent acquisition challenges,” said Rick Gray, TalentRISE’s CEO. “Jason Krumwiede is a proven industry leader in creating and implementing customized, performance-based recruitment programs that drive better business outcomes for clients and an enhanced employment brand experience for candidates.”
Krumwiede is the fourth partner at TalentRISE, which has on its client roster a number of blue-chip names including Deloitte, Fifth Third Bank and investment bank William Blair. It is home to 13 people.
