Today, when practically every industry is undergoing digital transformation, jobs – including those within HR – are changing significantly and entirely new positions/roles are constantly being created. Leadership and skills shortages may also demand innovative approaches…or even radically different models of sourcing and hiring. Recognizing change and managing it well, however, requires a very disciplined approach.
