The Challenge:  

As part of a three-year growth plan, the client needed to fill several highly technical, unique and in-demand positions. As a relatively small player with a low profile, the firm was competing for software engineers who graduated at the top of their class with degrees from the top universities. TalentRISE was initially hired to help the firm gain mindshare among candidates and elevate its brand by amplifying its message. Our team filled several key positions and also coordinated onboarding conducted by an executive coach.
