The Challenge
The firm’s growing national banking consulting practice needed to hire talent as efficiently as possible directly from the banking field. The intent was to channel experienced talent directly into their compliance optimization, enterprise risk, regulatory and model risk consulting practices.
Results
TalentRISE was engaged to support this national practice for a 9-month long initiative during which we built a pipeline of over 2,500 banking consultants for the risk and compliance business units. Ultimately, 20 hires were completed by our team of four recruiting consultants and a project manager. This project has been extended twice.
