As a start-up healthcare revenue cycle consultancy, the firm needed assistance in developing a robust sourcing strategy and recruitment process to keep up with demand, particularly during ongoing hiring spikes as our client’s business expanded in the wake of the Affordable Care Act.
Results
TalentRISE was engaged to build a talent pipeline of consultants to support ongoing hiring needs. We defined a new recruiting process, coached and trained selection teams on interview assessment, developed a robust sourcing strategy and helped the client optimize their technology platform. As a result, our client’s end-to-end hiring process was greatly streamlined and over 30 consulting positions, from consultant to manager level, were filled within year one. We continue to be engaged on multiple projects to support hiring spikes.
