The Challenge:
Historically, the recruitment effort at this relatively young firm was driven by internal contacts. While growing as a niche player in a highly competitive industry, however, it found that its networks were tapped out and it was time to look at other ways to acquire talent. The firm needed to shift its reliance externally to an organization that could research, identify and screen candidates, particularly those with very specialized skills.
Results:
Over the course of 12 months, TalentRISE built a candidate database of over 2,000 individuals which the client now owns. For this phase of hiring, TalentRISE screened and submitted 88 candidates to our client, of which 25% were hired for a savings (to date) of $70K over typical contingency search fees.
