Our client was challenged by long recruitment cycle times – particularly for critical and difficult to fill roles – and a reliance on third party contingency recruiting firms. They engaged us to build a pipeline of talent in advance of need.
Results
Engaged to provide On-Demand services as an ongoing, scalable recruiting partner, we created a talent pipeline of nearly 8,000 passive candidates currently employed by competitors. This effort yielded over 160 interviews and 10 hires for current and near term open positions in just 8 months while saving our client 20% over prior contingency search fees paid.
