The Challenge:

Global creative agency needed a scalable solution to hire highly influential and connected teens as brand ambassadors to “live and breathe” the client’s brand and engage with shoppers in new and distinctive ways to drive foot traffic and e-commerce revenue.  These ambassadors also needed to portray the brand image, demonstrate social media savvy and local influence.

TalentRISE Approach:

Led by an experienced senior project manager, the hiring process was implemented in a week and involved both agency program managers and client stakeholders. Our digital sourcing strategy used cutting-edge segmentation, imagery and tech tools that aligned perfectly with the consumer and employment brand standards.  Recruiters were hand-selected based on industry knowledge and their ability to screen and assess for soft skills, brand and culture fit.

Results:

The FlexRPO project team was deployed and the solution was implemented in one week. Recruiters identified and attracted 600+ applicants through parent referral network, digital and social sharing and community outreach resulting in 175 interviews and 12 ambassadors. Expectations were exceeded on quality, responsiveness, and turnaround of slates of exceptional candidates.  Parents of the teens reached out to comment on the process, education and professionalism as an example of an outstanding candidate experience and distinct opportunity for these future leaders.
