The Challenge
The client, a large manufacturer and marketer of adult beverages, needed a new, more efficient and cost-effective recruitment model to replace their reliance on a small contingent of contractors and agencies. They hired TalentRISE to deploy a 4 person team which was able to scale activity up/down as needed for 5 months to fill corporate functional positions from entry level to director for one of their companies. Based on the initial success of the project, TalentRISE was also tasked with sourcing 15 new sales positions for 6 locations in 60 days.
Results
Our team filled the open positions on time while also optimizing our client’s end-to-end hiring processes, shortening time-to-fill and improving service levels for hiring managers. All in all, the total cost per hire dropped by 4.6% over previous model; total costs decreased by 29%.
