The Challenge
As this global banking institution entered the U.S. market by acquiring a regional bank headquartered in the Northeast, they needed recruitment consulting to build out the acquired entity’s wealth management, private banking and global asset management business.
Results
Working closely with the president of the private banking and wealth management division, TalentRISE helped to hire over 50 WMA/FA and 10 RSM over the course of an eight-month period during a time of rapid growth in this institution’s private banking division.
