Results
TalentRISE completed a comprehensive best practice assessment of the organization’s leadership succession and talent management practices, systems and processes. This included assessing succession pool readiness as well as identifying critical competency and skill gaps due to aging workforce issues. As a result of our work, the company has reduced talent risk in the top three critical roles.
